What a great angle to take this from, I'm off to see if I can find the photo I took of the same statue I think I got it from the same angle lol

Interesting statue. I wonder who it represents, maybe St. Anthony of Padoua?

I don't know who the statue is of, so I'm thinking of doing a little research. I was walking through a park, on my way to St. Anthony's Basilica, when I saw the statue and started laughing. It's a bit hard to see, but the expression on the man's face makes it look like he's sneering a bit -- like "Hold that book and stop whining that it's crushing you!"

Cool picture! I have taken a lot of courses about Italy and the language, so I have actually seen this statue before. It's nice to see it again. :) Thank you for stopping by and for commenting! I appreciate your visit!
